Fair but could have been better
August 14, 2015This is my first time renting apartment by myself to which I consider as a fair deal related to the price. As people said, "you paid for what you get". One thing I could say for sure, it is very quiet place but as far as everything else, I would not discuss it at this moment. Horrible Customer Service..
February 4, 2015Valerie was the woman who I was dealing with. She is very rude and when I called to check on my application she told me she would return my call and never returned my call. Then I called again the following day and she was not in the office and it was 11:30 in the morning and an employee answered the phone and then she assured me Valerie would be in later and told me she will call me bacK then hung up without even asking me my name with a full fledge attitude. January 20, 2015From the moment I entered the building I met one of the long time tenants....he said he lived there 12 years and loved it. The woman in the office greeted me as if she knew me for years and made me feel comfortable with my choice. I have a few problems and they have been met quickly and efficiently.
