DON'T This place has a roach evasion in apts and dining room, mold, bats and a sewer gas smell especially in hot weather. Any call coming into the front desk is recorded without informing the caller they are being recorded. One new resident moved in and then back out due to the roaches in about 3 days. There are 2 elevators and the small one is usually down for months. Both elevators were down for 5 days. The fire department had to carry people up to their apt. The management has said they are ...
only here for the building and not the residents. Examples of this policy includes not caring that the common areas are freezing and making residents use a locksmith instead of having a courtesy officer to let residents in the apt. The corporation is under a bankruptcy. They were behind on the waste management bill so we did not have garbage dumpster pick up. Also, this means if something breaks in your apt they have to ask the corporation if they can order it, so fixing is delayed. They pick and choose what parts of the lease they will enforce depending on whether the resident is favored or not. They monitor who comes and goes for residents. Dogs on every apartment company's restricted dog list are allowed here. A dog was allowed to stay after bitting a dog and human. Neither would occur in a real apt complex. They are an apartment wanna be complex.
