Horrible maintenance
March 2, 2026This property is fool of dog poop and maintenance doesn’t keep up well with requests. Good luck getting any help on weekends if your fridge or AC/Heat go down. But even getting an ac filter replaced is too much to ask for with this group.Review from Apartments.com
Clean and Quiet
December 21, 2024I've lived here for a year now. Prior to this year I lived out here 4 years in 2017. Both of my experiences has been great. I loved the modern updates that are available now. Management does a great job of enforcing rules. Maintenance requests are always handled promptly. I left Southaven because rent was super high and rising, the rent at the Lexington is decent much more affordable. I love it here.Review from Apartments.com
