March 2, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThis property is fool of dog poop and maintenance doesn’t keep up well with requests. Good luck getting any help on weekends if your fridge or AC/Heat go down. But even getting an ac filter replaced is too much to ask for with this group.

I loved the modern updates that are available now. Management does a great job of enforcing rules. Maintenance requests are always handled promptly. I left Southaven because rent was super high and rising, the rent at the Lexington is decent much more affordable. I love it here.
