    I've lived here for a year now. Prior to this year I lived out here 4 years in 2017. Both of my experiences has been great. I loved the modern updates that are available now. Management does a great job of enforcing rules. Maintenance requests are always handled promptly. I left Southaven because rent was super high and rising, the rent at the Lexington is decent much more affordable. I love it here.

    This has been the far most professional and beautiful place that’s on a budget that I have seen . A lot of apartments are great but this complex is just so much on a budget . The staff is pretty great the environment is nice . Nothing bad ever happens over here . I just feel real comfortable over there I love it !
