I have been a resident for 6 years , I will honestly say and have witnessed a total 360 degree turn around with our new company. They are the first to have a meet& greet with the residents, they also had a Thanksgiving celebration with Residents and Also a Christmas celebration with us. They give out incentives, raffles, .They are always welcoming us to come in the office to address any issue or concern. They care about our safety, well being and our problems, concerns. They do not look at us ...
as $ money, but they treat us like they care and they want us to know that they are doing there best to make our community feel like our home. Excellent job to the office staff, Charles, Allison, Jada and all the maintenance staff all the hard work you all play a part in making our community safe, clean, secure, and feel like home.Keep up the outstanding Job!

The news story speaks for itself!

Trash everywhere. Office staff that is horrible and get nothing done. Huge water leaks that they fo nothing to fix. Crime like crazy and they could care less! It took the news comming out multiple times along with health department to even get trashed removed and nothing is getting fixed!

No use of amenities
July 2, 2020
This facility has poor customer relationships. They never answer the phone and are not in office when you go down there. I called 3 times today within 2 hours and no one picked up. So my children and I got dressed into our swimsuits because the pool has finally opened. Upon arriving the gate to pool was locked. There was a clock on the locked office door saying that they will not be back until 4pm. I was told that the office is closed at 4pm so how can I get help? It was 2pm when my family went ...
to the pool. What kind of business has customers coming at the time of closing? My family would like to enjoy the pool one day. I ask that someone answer calls and to give open pool times.

It’s horrible. You can never get an answer when you call and I’ve been here over a year and still no maintenance orders completed that were put in on my walk through prior to moving in. I have called and called and walked in the office while calling and caught the most recent staff laughing and talking while the phone just rings. The trash dumpster is horrible, some of the tenants are loud and obnoxious. It’s not a place to have children. There is nothing for them to do. The park is sufficient ...
enough for less than 10 kids. The security harass people. You can’t stand outside to communicate with neighbors without being told you can’t stand in common areas. I would not recommend this property to a homeless man

Don’t live up to there word
