This place have an infestation problem and mold. You always have the police outside because of different crimes! They don’t fix anything! You literally have to put in multiple request and it still takes them a while! The old residents pay the exact same price as new residents. They always changing company, office team, and maintenance team! It’s always something at this residence.

This apartment complex is one of the worst I have ever lived in. It's dirty and trashy. Tenants aren't held accountable by management. Noise issues. Pet problems. I don't recommend.

Nice apartments if maintenance kept up with the property, kids run the apartments , they are allowed to damage property and allowed to run around after what was supposed to be a curfew. Office staff is nice but most things they can’t control or are unwilling to adjust . Get a camera for your outside if you plan to move here as teens and underage kids will vandalize .

They half remodeled the inside because the outside is ran down. Walk ways doesn’t get sprayed down. Garages aren’t available to residents and they have bugs in the units.

The Life at Westland Estates in Fort Worth is not a good place to live. I wouldn't recommend it. The property is filthy. They have no care at all about the way the community lives and how it looks.
