  • love the area, love the team

    I have lived here almost two years now. I was going out of town and asked the team if they could water my plants for me. It is a really sweet and helpful staff here. I love the area and am happy to rent here until I can buy.

  • Feels like a condo and great location

    I have lived here about ten months now and I think it's pretty dreamy. My home feels more like a condo and I like the carpet in the hallways. The office staff is always pleasant and maintenance has been pretty quick to fix things. I recommend to friends and family!

They made the move-in process so smooth, and I really appreciated their responsiveness to any questions I had. The community itself is beautiful — the landscaping is well-maintained, and there’s a nice mix of trees and green spaces that make it feel peaceful. The amenities are top-notch! The apartment itself is spacious and modern, with updated appliances and a great layout. I love the natural light that comes through the windows. One of the biggest perks is the location — it’s close to shopping, dining, and major highways, making it easy to get around. But it still feels like a bit of a retreat from the busyness of the city.     If you haven't seen The Lights at Northwinds you should really go and tour this super nice community! Beautiful custom finishes and the ceilings are taller than any other community I've toured. The amenities are great too! If you are looking for a quiet community that is close to shopping and restaurants, this is the one!

  • Nice property and staff!

    This community is a hidden gem! Tucked away in the best location, private but centrally located to all that Alpharetta has to offer. I really enjoyed my tour with Kamry. She was very knowledgeable and kind. I also met the property director she came out to introduce herself when I returned from the tour. These apartments really feel like small homes! Everything was so clean and well maintained. One of the best tours we’ve gone on so far!

  • Great location and beautiful

    Love the location. It’s super convenient to downtown Alpharetta and Avalon. It’s easy to get around. They have social events where you can actually get to know and meet your neighbors. Love the amenities and love the interiors. Beautiful spacious and roomy!

  • Clean and gorgeous interiors

    I love my tall cabinets and ceilings, huge walk in closet and peaceful green area. Needs some landscaping love though but overall a great place to live.

  • Great apartment complex

    I have lived here for a year and have had a very positive experience. The complex is always clean, quiet, and safe. The maintenance staff is very responsive. It’s a great location with easy access to Route 400, downtown Alpharetta, and is situated on the Alpha Loop. The leasing staff organizes community socials to help residents get to know each other. The pool party was very well done with delicious food, decorations, and live music.
