I’ve lived at The Lights for 2.5 years and have absolutely loved it. The apartment layout is spacious, finishes are beautiful, and community areas/amenities are great. Most importantly, the staff is kind, helpful, and attentive. Lisa, Zachary, and JB have made this an entirely positive experience. 10/10 recommend!!!

Feels like a condo and great location

I have lived here about ten months now and I think it's pretty dreamy. My home feels more like a condo and I like the carpet in the hallways. The office staff is always pleasant and maintenance has been pretty quick to fix things. I recommend to friends and family!

I’ve lived at The Lights at Northwinds for over a year now, and it’s been an incredible experience! From the moment I moved in, the management team was friendly and helpful. They made the move-in process so smooth, and I really appreciated their responsiveness to any questions I had.
The community itself is beautiful — the landscaping is well-maintained, and there’s a nice mix of trees and green spaces that make it feel peaceful. The amenities are top-notch! I use the fitness center regularly, ...
and it’s always clean and well-equipped. The pool area is perfect for relaxing during the warmer months, and the clubhouse is great for hosting friends.
The apartment itself is spacious and modern, with updated appliances and a great layout. I love the natural light that comes through the windows. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, which has been important to me as I live alone.
One of the biggest perks is the location — it’s close to shopping, dining, and major highways, making it easy to get around. But it still feels like a bit of a retreat from the busyness of the city.
I also appreciate that the new team, Kamry and Tristan, hosts events throughout the year for residents, like holiday parties and BBQs, which is a nice way to meet neighbors.

If you haven't seen The Lights at Northwinds you should really go and tour this super nice community! Beautiful custom finishes and the ceilings are taller than any other community I've toured. The amenities are great too! If you are looking for a quiet community that is close to shopping and restaurants, this is the one!

This community is a hidden gem! Tucked away in the best location, private but centrally located to all that Alpharetta has to offer. I really enjoyed my tour with Kamry. She was very knowledgeable and kind. I also met the property director she came out to introduce herself when I returned from the tour. These apartments really feel like small homes! Everything was so clean and well maintained. One of the best tours we’ve gone on so far!
