August 31, 2024The new apartment is much better. The old one had some serious acoustic issues. It was like a bass drum whenever the person upstairs would move around. And if they were being loud, for any reason, I could hear every bit of it. Funny at first, later very annoying. The view from the patio here is wonderful. I wish they had built the patios a few feet longer though. Hard to move around out there once you put out a few chairs and small table. Many times the hallways smell like trash or dirty dogs. ...They have valet trash service and many residents don’t follow the rules and put the cans out with lid closed. It’s pretty gross smelling what some people put in the hallway. And the dirty dogs, I don’t understand… We literally have a dog washing station downstairs. It’s free… please wash your dirty dogs!! Overall, I’m good here. It’s not luxury living, like the prices would lead you to believe. But it’s better than a lot of other properties that don’t even try.Property Manager Responded
