very poorly maintained. When they are working in an apartment connected, the poisonous vapors come thru the walls and are a health hazard and dangerous and all you get is "there's nothing we can do". They should credit me for a hotel stay for the night or two. I can't be expected to live with poisonous vapors permeating my apartment. Add to that every night the sewers go off and you are treated to sewage smells wafting thru your open windows. And don't forget to dodge the golf balls that are ...
flying everywhere. The place may seem less expensive than some others but not when you add in vehicle repair. Ask me about the 350.00 it cost to get a golf ball dent taken out of my car. Do yourself a favor. Avoid this place.

Though we wanted to go ahead and be put on the list, they told us no worries that there would be plenty of availability in August. I currently live here and it is a really great apartment! I have the 2 bed 2 bathroom with the balcony and it is always quiet no loud children and if you have any problems the staff are very kind. Only issue with the apartment is parking if you are not home before 6pm good luck on finding parking near your apartment
