August 26, 2023Nice apartment buildings, but grounds maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. Garden apartment stairwells have a breezeway effect; first-level dwellers in buildings accessible from the roundabout endure a lot of trash and leaves that aren't regularly blown away, which leads to bugs; the siding isn't cleaned frequently. Better lawn pest control is needed in the summer months to combat bugs. Office Staff is nice.Property Manager Responded

August 25, 2023The only issue I have is the lack of communication from maintenance personnel. You don’t receive any update nor follow up if your issue has been resolved. That makes me madder than a hornet. They need to get this lack of communication issue fixed ASAP! It’s definitely not a good look!Property Manager Responded

My maintenance requests have all been resolved fairly quickly and they have shown great customer service.
