DO NOT MOVE HERE
June 12, 2024This is the intake to the air conditioning unit (the air you breathe) after the filter. There is absolutely no duct work done in this section. So if you are constantly congested living here, now you know why. I would give this apartment complex a negative star rating if I could. The staff at this terrible establishment have will go out of their way to lie. Nobody is ever on the same page, give you the run around and somehow you will get charges to you acct. for all of this. This complex host all ...types of gang violence and drug actives. Imagine sitting on your porch enjoying the cool air on a nice spring night then all of a sudden you hear a barrage of gun shots less than 100ft from you. Of enjoying the fireworks from the same place you call home and hearing bullets fall from the sky hitting parked cars 20 ft from you. The break ins and theft are at all time high in this hotspot for crime. I’ve had my car broken into several times over night and know all my neighbors have also. They boast an elegant experience but you will almost always be disappointed in every aspect. The larger of the 2 pool was hasn’t been available to use in about 3 years. So a complex with thousands of units is confined to only 1 smalls kitty pool that is only 4ft deep and 40x20ft. I’m sure that in itself is cause for alarm in the hygiene and public health department. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE IS YOU HAVE CHILDREN!!! The dogs run around wish no leashes and on many occasions I’ve been confronted with very aggressive dogs that will bite a kid without thinking twice. It seems like every apartment has 2-3 dogs. I’ve had packages taken from my front pour h more times than I can count. I wouldn’t dare step onto the golf course either. Me and my wife went to go play a few hole of golf, everything was going great until I turn around and my golf cart was being driven away by a few young kids. The holes in the fence are big enough for anyone to get through so everyone is walking around on the course. The list can go on and on for a for ever. But I am running out of space. September 24, 2020I don't know why I choose this property I'm moving from Wisconsin and put my app in with them got approved They promised me an move in date of 10/2/20 mind you Am moving over 800 miles away I have paid for movers and everything I called last week to get my address so I can have things in place only for them to tell me that they changed my move in date to the 10/5/20 I explained to them that day will not work for me cause I have paid movers to move me already took off work the lady told me that ...the people was turning in keys on 9/28/20 and she will call me 4 days before I have to move to let me know if I can move in SMHRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

November 5, 2017The staff is okay, a little rude at times. They were really good at repairing anything if it was damaged/inoperable. It really depends on your neighbors. I've had a lot of issues with neighbors being too loud at night and kids being too loud. Plus I've had someone shoot my car with a beebee gun on three seperate occasions all while my car was parked in the parking lot outside my apartment. Later found bee bees on the ground verifying that it happened on the property. Plus fresh new paint ...chip/damage on exterior of my vehicle that wasn't there the day before. Best decision I made
August 7, 2015This is the perfect place to live the staff are friendly and helpful its in a very good area and they are well kept apartments. If you want to save on utility bills all buildings are energy efficient and all appliances are up to date and rooms are very spacious. They have a pool and also a lounge area if you want to have a small get together with family or friends I recommend these apartments to anyone whose looking to live in a quiet community where everyone gets along with each other.Review from Apartments.com
