May 15, 2025Document the condition of the apartment with detailed pics when you move in and before you turn in the keys. Also water pressure is insanely low at times. It's not good all the time but there are times when it's ridiculous. Took many showers with trickling water. Make sure you have a plunger. Toilets are very easily stopped up. No 24 hour access to gym. It opens at 5am. Getting in and out at SW28th St. is a pain since they added the roundabout.Review from Apartments.com
READ THIS BEFORE YOU LEASE HERE
November 20, 20191. I was charged nearly 800$ on the closure of the lease . When I ask for the reasons/photos of the problems in the house they say that it’s a CURTOSY to show photos and they never showed me the photos I what I thought I was charged extra . 2. Management said they charged me for stains on the ceiling. To be on a safer side I took photos of the house before vacating and the ceiling doesn't have stains on it. When I showed them my photos and they said they don’t have any photos and say it’s a ...CURTOSY to show photos and they never showed me the photos. 3. Staff: The minute you are out of the lease , they behave ARROGANT . I have of couple of examples for this. 4. Just the day before the end of lease I asked for a print of "day 1 problems checklist " that I filled when I moved into the house and they gave me. After lease end , I asked for the copy of the invoice and they said NO and asked me print from the portal. LOL. Just for a print. 5. Manager: Rude of all the people. She denied giving me an appointment. 6. I spoke to couple of people in my friends circle, they said everyone is charged around 500~ for whatever the reason. BEWARE OF THIS MANAGEMENT .
