  • Ready to move!!!

    I have been staying here since April of 2020 and the whole time I’ve been here, i been ready to move already! First of all my first,second and third week was constant bugs! I don’t think they even sprayed before i moved in, i had to call for it to be sprayed! But that’s not the killer part for me, if you’re like me and have sensitive ears and can not stand noise, please stay away! The walls are literally paper thin! I stay downstairs and the upstairs neighbors just fricking annoyingly loud. ...
    Seriously i can head them getting out of their bed, they soak their foot down to the ground as if they had concrete for feet And my whole room literally sound like it’s falling apart i cannot make this up. I hear every single thing they do in their apartment considering they have no considers whatsoever. They run through the apartment stomping, slamming cabinets i can hear their phone vibrating. And these are grown people now not kids smh. When they walk from the back to the front i head and literally feel every walk they make and my walls are creaking as if they’re going to come right on through the floor. Quiet times are a joke because they still be up late at nights making unnecessary noise like someone have a skateboard and just rolling back and forth down the hall. I could go on and on cause these people might as well be living with me. Once my lease is up I’m GONE. Office people are nice when you first try to get the apartment but once you get in it’s a joke. You report something they do nothing about it. I’ll be glad when next year get here because I’m living in hell And had i known i would be going through this I’d stayed away. I’ve been in many apartments downstairs and these problems were not occurring so it’s the way these apartments are built and sometimes i could hear people on the other side of the building! If you don’t like noise and bug i promise these are not the apartments For you. Sincerely, a fed up tenant

    I don't recall having a issue ever here. I loved it so much I moved back home lol. Staff is so nice and friendly. And the area has new stores and buildings now. So it's no longer in the middle of no where. The apts are really great at noise cancelling and the property is always kept nice.

  • Country Club Life on a Working Man's Wage

    I work. My wife attends college. Our budget is small. Yet we live the country club life. Our gated apartment community has a 9 hole golf course with pro shop and grill with affordable delicious food. The clubhouse has a fully appointed gym, hot tub, sauna, large pool, billiards room, office center and locker rooms attended to by a great manager and staff. The grounds are excellently maintained. Our 2 bed /2 bath apartment had all new paint, flooring and appliances (including washer / dryer) ...
    when we moved in. Any service items our apartment needs are quickly attended to. We are close to shopping, dining, historical sights and surrounded by courteous neighbors. We pay less per month than other apartments charge for 1/4 of the space and amenities. It takes a stretch for us but its worth it. Heck, I am not even sure we will leave anytime soon when the wife finishes school. :-)

    If you want peace and quiet The Links are for you. The complex sports a golf course; tennis court; pool; and fitness center etc. you have easy access to two major highways and can access major shopping centers and eateries within 30 minutes of the comples.     The Links apartments sit inside the Links golf course. These apartments are set in two story buildings with several varieties to choose from. There is also a pool and gym with several cardio machines. The apartments are well kept with regular maintenance (pest control,filter changes, etc..). They have a security gate that is used from 9pm-6am, which gives peace of mind to all. If anything maintenance goes wrong that needs attention (dishwasher, washer, dryer,etc..) there is an easy way to request ...

    I must say I choose a great apt complex for my first apartment. Though when I moved here at first. It took forever to get to stores besides canton. But it's come a long way. I love the staff. The pool is great. I have enough living space and then some. And I love that I can not hear my neighbors. I had no idea I lived next to a set of toddler twins.
