    Have been here since 2014. Management and maintenance do excellent job . Centrally located to doctors, dentists, and Hospital.

    It was a beautiful place to start especially since we just moved to Arizona. The only pit fall is if you are elderly, young people who have children and animals should not be above them. There's no installation hardly between the upstairs flooring and the ceiling. Extremely loud and noisy. Otherwise if we didn't have to move we would still be there.

    The community staff is very friendly. We really love the layout of our unit and the attached garage is a huge bonus. But we really love the maintenance team, any time we have had any issues big or small theyre taken care of in a timely manner and the maintenance supervisor in particular always makes me feel at ease about any issue and is great at communicating with us. Overall such a great experience with the community and the staff.
