May 12, 2025Once again, like in every review, the breezeways are stained and crusted with hot chocolate, etc. they can be mopped or cleaned in some way but never are. Also when maintenance comes and blows the leaves and dust it comes right under the cracks of the doors. It's a mess!!! I never see the pest control guy on my ring doorbell, I haven't seen him in about 5 months? I saw him every time last summer so...Property Manager Responded

April 29, 2025The apartment is nice, but the hallways are a mess. I also didn't appreciate that I got my car toad because I forgot to put up my handicap card on the mirror one night. I got home late and had lots of packages and totally forgot and it ended up costing me $266. I'm 81 years old and forgetful. It would be nice to have assigned, numbered parking spots. We were one of the first tenants to move into The Lively. If I come home late, I can never get a spot near the door where the elevator is. Late at ...night I have to walk quite far to find a parking spot. Aside from that, the women in the office are very nice and try to help.Property Manager Responded
