October 11, 2025I rented the Black Fin sight unseen because I lived in another state and did everything online and on the phone . When I walked into my apartment for the first time I felt like I was home. Everything is exactly like you see online. I love ?? my new home. It's perfect for me! September 8, 2025My husband and I really enjoy living at the Lively. Love the pool, club house ,fitness center and sky lounge. Office staff and maintence team are fantastic. The monthly activities are wonderful.. have met some nice neighbors there.Property Manager Responded

August 26, 2025New management doesn’t seem satisfactory, why in the world they wouldn’t make Julia the manager is absolutely mind blowing. The provided apartments locks are less than acceptable and don’t work as stated. I have lived in luxury my whole life, this is most definitely not “Luxury Living.”Property Manager Responded
