December 2, 2025Poop all over, even in elevator, a staff that doesn't care and gives same lines from a manual over and over, dirty breezeways, no upkeep, outer paint of doors leading into all or most apartments are all scuffed and look crappy and maintenance doesn't even change air con filters anymore, it's been over 6 months since it was changed, we shouldn't have to ask. Many more issues but I don't have all day.Property Manager Responded

October 11, 2025I rented the Black Fin sight unseen because I lived in another state and did everything online and on the phone . When I walked into my apartment for the first time I felt like I was home. Everything is exactly like you see online. I love ?? my new home. It's perfect for me!
