September 28, 2023Recently moved in and its amazing. This area of Gwinnett country is beautiful and the property is footsteps from great views and coffee/bars/restaurants. Best Place To Live
September 25, 2023I just recently moved in. Had the best experience. I felt right home and my nervousness was calmed immediately. Property manager Micheleen was amazing and checked in on me after my move in. Adam the Maintenance supervisor was very nice and made sure the apartment was spotless. He even introduced me to the whole team. Jenna moved me in and was very patient and helped me make the right decision on what floor plan to choose. Victoria is the best!
January 12, 2021We had the task of locating an apartment for my son with very little notice. In choosing a location, we came across Broadstone and scheduled an appointment. Victoria was our agent (highly recommend). Upon arrival she took charge of everything for us! Granted I haven't rented an apartment in 40 years, everything has changed! She helped us navigate the whole process within a couple of hours. We moved him in within 2 days and now he is doing better than I could have imagined.
