Lack of repairs
August 2, 2021Trying to get anything approved to be fixes or replaced by mgmt isnt happening. I know someone who lives there. AC hasnt been running right since BEFORE the heat of the summer.. They still haven't gotten anything done about it. Spa has been on the * fund list * as they call it for over 2 YEARS. They advertise a pet park on site ( which they don't tell you that ONLY KS location ) alot more in tge tenants apt they have notified them of not working correctly and have not gotten fixed.. BEFORE the AC ...issue.. Nothing has been done. Employees are quitting because of mgmt not getting things fixed. As much as they charge they should be on it..Property Manager Responded

Terrible experience, very low quality
October 20, 2020Noisy, lots of trash in parking lot. Old buildings with very old appliances. Large dogs everywhere that people don't pick up after. Lots of party people and drug dealers. Live anywhere else.Property Manager Responded

Ok for the area
August 20, 2015For this area of Blue Springs, the apartment complex is nice and well-maintained. Though there's not much in the area, it takes less than a minute to get on 70, which is nice. Laundry facilities are not in every building, so definitely ask about the unit you're looking at renting. Maintenance is generally fast, but they sometimes overlook major issues, like my bedroom leaking every time it rains. Neighborhood seems safe..police are in the are pretty frequently and I would never leave my door ...unlocked, but I feel safe walking around.
