Es una pena que no eliminen la infestación de cucarachas que tienen los apartamentos. Los apartamentos son muy amplios y el lugar es tranquilo. Las empleadas de la oficina son muy atentas. El problema está en que es imposible vivir en un apartamento lleno de cucarachas.

BE WARE !! Do not lease here there is a roach infestation literally they are everywhere in the bathroom the living room the kitchen the pantry EVERYWHERE, mildew all over the bath tubs cracks all over the house but mostly in the bathroom. The pet deposit is 400 non refundable more than any complex in the area even the new ones. The patios can be filthy, and the renovations we're very cheap. The office staff is alright the manager is much nicer than the assistant manager

I had to break the lease because I got laid off from my job before the lease was up.
As per the lease agreement, I gave written notice to the apartment manager.
When I gave written notice in person that I would be vacating the apartment, I was told, "We will be in touch with you."
In less than 30 days, I was contacted by a DEBT COLLECTOR, so I guess that is how they "get in touch" with you.
There was a waiting list for me to get an apartment, and they were at capacity when I moved in, and I ...
can't imagine that my apartment wasn't rented quickly.
