Nicest Apartments I've ever lived in.
March 23, 2024I relocated for work back in September 2023. The Lofts at Wildlight were the newest, nicest and most affordable which blew my mind. Other Apartments in the area were higher priced and the location wasn't as convenient for me since I drive quite a bit for my job. Being so close to the Interstate is a blessing, and the road noise is surprisingly lower than I expected. Not to mention that everything you need is either right across the street or no more than 10 mins down the road. Staff is also great ...and very helpful. I've never felt that I was bothering them even though I had a lot a questions before signing my Lease. I would recommend the Lofts to anyone looking to rent.Property Manager Responded

Cute apartments close to 95 and short drive to Fernadina.

Great place to rent an apartment
March 7, 2024First and foremost, the manager and her team (both in the office and in maintenance) do a great job of providing exceptional service to the tenants. They bend over backwards to make us feel comfortable and welcome in the apartment complex. The other tenants are very friendly and cordial as well. The unit was clean as a whistle at move-in, and is surprising spacious considering the square footage. The facilities are top notch, from the pool to the clubhouse (which has many amenities). The ...small lake is delightful. A walk around it takes approx 30 mins if you take your time, which I strongly suggest to take in the nature in the lake and the area that surrounds it. And the location is ideal - you will be on I-95 in one minute. I highly recommend The Lofts at Wildlight.Property Manager Responded

I LOVE IT HERE!
March 1, 2024I loving living at the Lofts in Wildlight! I have lived here for 4 months and have nothing but the best things so say about this place. My apartment is beautiful! High ceilings, lots of windows, open floor plan, very spacious, so so so much storage, cabinets and closets! Dog park is great! Trash valet is cool. Walking/running trails near by. Right next to the YMCA. Pool and gym are beautiful. Employees and management is so helpful and tentative. Great place to live. 1000/10 recommend!Property Manager Responded

Great Place to Live
March 1, 2024I have lived at Wildlight Lofts for 8 months. I love the dog park, the community area is nice and quiet with a beautiful pool table and ping pong table.
