Wildlight is a wonderful community to live in. You are close to everything you need: restaurants, grocery store, hair salon, nail salon, dentist office, bank...I could go on and on. The office staff is also amazing to work with especially Kaylynn and Atalin.

I relocated for work back in September 2023. The Lofts at Wildlight were the newest, nicest and most affordable which blew my mind. Other Apartments in the area were higher priced and the location wasn't as convenient for me since I drive quite a bit for my job. Being so close to the Interstate is a blessing, and the road noise is surprisingly lower than I expected. Not to mention that everything you need is either right across the street or no more than 10 mins down the road. Staff is also great ...
and very helpful. I've never felt that I was bothering them even though I had a lot a questions before signing my Lease. I would recommend the Lofts to anyone looking to rent.

We moved in last year with no real issues. I wished they had elevators but other than that cute apartments. Lots of trails for biking and close by restaurants.

First and foremost, the manager and her team (both in the office and in maintenance) do a great job of providing exceptional service to the tenants. They bend over backwards to make us feel comfortable and welcome in the apartment complex. The other tenants are very friendly and cordial as well. The unit was clean as a whistle at move-in, and is surprising spacious considering the square footage. The facilities are top notch, from the pool to the clubhouse (which has many amenities). The ...
small lake is delightful. A walk around it takes approx 30 mins if you take your time, which I strongly suggest to take in the nature in the lake and the area that surrounds it. And the location is ideal - you will be on I-95 in one minute. I highly recommend The Lofts at Wildlight.

I loving living at the Lofts in Wildlight! I have lived here for 4 months and have nothing but the best things so say about this place. My apartment is beautiful! High ceilings, lots of windows, open floor plan, very spacious, so so so much storage, cabinets and closets! Dog park is great! Trash valet is cool. Walking/running trails near by. Right next to the YMCA. Pool and gym are beautiful. Employees and management is so helpful and tentative. Great place to live. 1000/10 recommend!

I have currently lived at the Lofts since last year. I am in one of their single units. It is great! Always quiet. No parking issues. Friendly leasing staff! Food trucks at least 1/month and near the wildlight Farmers market 2 time as month!

I have lived at Wildlight Lofts for 8 months. I love the dog park, the community area is nice and quiet with a beautiful pool table and ping pong table. There is a huge tv there and a comfortable couch with computers. The pool is lovely and very clean. My kids love being here!

Moved here in November of 2023 and extremely happy. Any small maintenance need was taken care of the same day. Love the convenience of valet trash pick-up. Convenience to airport and I-95 is great, without the noise!!
