September 8, 2025I like it here but the fact that we're still missing sidewalks and that they never finished windows in the back of the property makes it feel like The Lofts doesn't care about us in the back. The events they have in the front are cool, but I would really appreciate the "renovations" to finish already because it's been months and the crews have seemingly left.Review from Apartments.com
Only one positive thing
August 31, 2025The only positive thing I can say about this community is its distance from the UCF campus. The homlessness problem , the fact that I have dozens of unresolved noise complaints and the overall incompetency of management has made my stress go up over the years. All the staff are students and somehow they’re more competent than management. They charged me $30 for a trash bag because I forgot a towel in the dryer and when I asked for an appeal, they said no because they used a trash bag. I ...personally don’t know any trash bag that cost $30 also my last 4 to 5 months living there they intentionally dormed me with someone who they knew was known to cause issues with the staff in the property and previous tenants. if you care about mental peace rent there at your own risk.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
