Poor management
April 24, 2023I thought I was going to move to this town signed a lease decided not too people were still living in the apartment I was going to take over I told them within 5 days I change my mind they would not let me out they then increased rent price for someone who would take over making it less desirable and also didn’t list it for weeks till I complained and also I tested them had my sister call to see if they were even telling people she called multiple times for 3 days straight many times and no ...answer so who knows how many people would’ve took it but lack of answering it took them months and months now are suing me and charged a fee for their lawyer and charging me a laundry fee for each month and I never even got the keys or even looked at the apartmentRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Noisy neighbors
December 17, 2020The construction is not thought out. I hear my neighbors walking around at all hours of the night. Heavy walkers. Boom boom boom. With every step. I’m writing this at 11:30 and they are still going. I’ve told management. Management bends rules to get people in to rent. I have a person with a big dog and they say he slipped in before the guideline. Great place if you have people that sleep at night above you. If not, your in for some sleepless nights.Review from Apartments.com
