Very spacious apartment! One of the largest kitchens I have seen in an downtown apartment. Large living room and bedroom. Laundry in unit. So clean and easy to upkeep. The security is so good, you have to have a card key to get in to the whole unit and access the elevator. The elevator is another plus. There is also a work out room available for the tenants to use. My son was in #301 and it had a HUGE patio area! The location of the Lofts is wonderful, close to everything downtown, near ...

Sperry's movie theatre. You can watch the July 4 fireworks from the patio. Also they have fiber wifi available!
