The apartment sizes are also very generous. Bed bugs
February 17, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI lived there for 2 months and had to move out because of the bed bug infestation. We had a painful process of trying to treat it and then after it not working trying to break the lease. After we moved out, I found out that another tenant in the same building has had bed bugs the year before. We were not informed by the management when we signed the lease. September 28, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comRelocating from NY to the Lofts at 1835 Arch -- in 2001 the Bell Telephone building was transformed into luxury loft-style apartments. My apartment is not only beautiful but reminds me of pre-war buildings in New York (most desirable type.) From the structure to the lobby to the management and lobby personnel -- this building is solid and very well-run. Additionally, the neighborhood is situated a walkable distance to Center City amenities without being too close.
