The Lofts at Garwood are all spacious two-floor single-bedroom apartments that hold a full kitchen, two full baths, washer & dryer, hardwood floors, balcony, central a/c, and retain the charm of a stand alone home. The rent varies based on the apartment you choose, but all are priced well for being around 1100 square feet. Plus, you hardly need a car with a grocery store, multiple gyms, wine bar, Massage Envy, train to NYC, nail salon, juice bar, and much more just down the stairs (or elevator, ...
which made moving in easy). I wish there was parking designated for residents in the parking lot that is shared with neighboring stores, but you do get a parking pass and can park as available. It's usually a non-issue. There is also a pet rent that is more expensive than other apartments in the area and has some restrictions on pet types and sizes, which could be a hinderance to some. Overall, it's definitely a great place to live and is worth considering.
