It's OK
November 15, 2024Pros: The apartments are new. Soft close cabinets. Stainless steel appliances. The windows are large. The brick is beautiful. The closets are large. Cons: There were gaps between the walls and the floor and the walls and the ceiling when I moved in. The cabinetry was installed in a way that several drawers couldn’t be opened without scratching the finish on the handles. There is marijuana smoke/odor coming into my apartment virtually every day. After alerting management, sometimes they’ll send ...an email, and the marijuana smoking persists. They have one wifi service provider, so you’re stuck with who they choose. The hardwood is a hardwood laminate. The intercom system they use isn’t reliable, and you can’t be on the phone with someone when using it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
