Untrustworthy and unprofessional

Hidden fees and schemes!
June 30, 2023Be careful applying to this property! I did an application and didn’t move in! They said they were processing a refund but it took months on end, so their staff told me to dispute it. Guess what, I dispute it, so they opened a collection saying I owe them their application fees which read refundable and was advised by their staff.Review from Apartments.com
The New Management
September 13, 2022I have a modern apartment with all the amenities. I enjoy the shower. Love the Kitchen sink ,new fridge, and dishwasher. I also enjoy the meeting rooms, both private and non-private. Free Wi-Fi available in meeting rooms.. This quiet place, is great for study and mindfulness. The lounge has a complete bar. I've played on pool tables. Video games, including MS Pac Man and Galaxy available!! There is an opportunity to make 2-week payments, if needed!! I've nearly completed my lease and I'm ...thinking of signing another year before buying my first New Home. Parking is plentiful. no communication
August 9, 2021i viewed the house 2 weeks ago , paid my fees and did the application. the application fee 85 and administrative fee 350 way higher then showed on here. if they gone have almost 500 of my money i would like better communication. i told them i was moving to atlanta and needed to move asap. i got one text saying i paid the fees and needed to finish the app which i did already and that was last week wednesday and i haven’t gotten a response since! either give me my money back or communicate i could ...be using the 500 to move some where else. i don’t have time for this and the dont answer the phone , you can’t even leave a voice messageProperty Manager Responded

Gutted and renovated!
March 22, 2021Hotel living for apartment prices. Brand New everything! Think small hotel suite. Five star amenities. Rooftop bar and many other huge common areas including fitness center and work spaces. The inside of the apartments are cozy yet cool with all new construction on the interior. The leasing team is receptive accommodating and helpful. I use to live here 16 years ago and the only way I could tell that this was the same building is by the literal shape of the building.
