Great experience, really helpful leading agents. Came to Fort Worth with a plan for an apartment I had found online. That place went pending the day before i arrived. Worked with Shelley in their leasing office,she got me in and showed me available units very quickly, was great to work with, and got be locked into a unit I'll be very happy in 2 days later. Love the neighborhood, I'm excited to finally move in.

Love the Lofts Having lived here for over 16 years we have seen many businesses and people come and go. We have had many ups and downs here. Nothing is perfect, but we love living in our beautiful apartment! We can walk to many things! We can sit on our balcony and listen to the birds in the trees and watch the fun things in the area. The people in the office will listen to you and work with you! We stay here because we love it!

Ants and leaky balcony doors, dog accessible I frequently get ants in my apartment, balcony door leaks water when it rains, North building on the west side has to take dogs out and around to the east side to use the dog area, the common area on the west side is apparently not “dog friendly” with a risk of being punished with fines

The apartment is beautiful, super spacious for a 3-bedroom, and the location is just perfect, close to everything we need. South building Location great, but our elevators always down and out trash shut ot of service so tenets leave the trash outside the trash door and we have to walk by that every time we go to the elevators. The dog area is left with all the dog poops because tenents dont clean up and some dog owners let their dogs pee and poop in the elevator and don’t go back to clean it. Staff is always friendly tho. Can’t complain about that.

Only two critiques Its two critiques in one sentence monitor and clean the public stairways. Homeless individuals and random commercial visitors use them and are not necessary woried about sanitation. It reflects poorly on what is a great community. Its probably better cooperation with the commercial management company. Also not a critique would love to get instructions on how to operate the firepit in the Clubhouse.

I have lived at the lofts at west 7th and going on my second lease here. The property has amazing amenities like the state of the art fitness center, pickleball court, outdoor entertaining areas that have putting greens, corn hole, ping pong, grilling stations and life size chess. The location is the BEST!!!
you are within walking distance to fine dining or casual dining and of course the new Irish pub Henry McCarty's as well as west 7th nightlife. The apartments are beautiful and well ...

The Worst Place I’ve Ever Lived

Moving here has been the worst living experience of my life and the management is equally as awful as the building itself.
Aside from the constant stench of weed, screaming neighbors and unbelievable noise below is what I’ve personally been dealing with during my time at The Lofts at West 7th
Week 1: Roach Infestation (they did address this)
Month 1: Handle of Freezer broke off
Month 1: and after filter disgusting - black water. Changed it ...
with a “new” filter … it was still black. Just bought our own.
Month 1: dish washer wasn’t working properly. They replaced it 4 times! With a “new” one all were reused and disgusting.
Month 1: Wife’s car was written on in Vaseline in the parking garage.
Month 2: Wife had to speak with Cops mid day on a week day because of a constant domestic
dispute
Month 3: Apartment flooded- this was when I realized how terrible of a company / apartment I was dealing with. Bedroom wall ripped out, carpet ripped out. Kitchen & Living room floor tapped up.
The noise is unbelievable. I can’t begin to accurately describe how loud it is and how thin the walls are.
Please do not move here. You’ll thank me later.

I lived here 2020-2024. I was never late on a rent payment nor missed a payment. The location is great. The maintenance men are some of the coolest, nicest dudes you’ll ever meet.

- dog pee from the apartment above us on our balcony for months. Had a corner unit where the balcony was totally unusable. Lofts management did nothing.
- Didn’t have properly working screen doors since the day I moved in. The doors were constantly falling off the tracks and one ...
was missing. I put in FOUR service requests and eventually gave up.
- My kitchen sink fell out due to shoddy install work.
- Our dishwasher stopped working and was not draining properly. It was replaced with a unit that had an odd stench coming from it. I pulled one of the panels off to clean it and found out the “new” dishwasher was FULL of bugs.
- The staircase attached to the parking garage ALWAYS reeks of urine and is never cleaned.
- All units have an electric lock. My lock didn’t work one night and of course I couldn’t get ahold of anyone through the “emergency” line.
- There is dog poop everywhere outside. Management always threatens to do something about it but nothing changes.
- Elevators are constantly broken.
- The grills are repulsive. Most have been broken for years. Handles don’t work, no brushed to clean, igniter doesn’t work.
- Heard a man get shot and killed right under my balcony.
You have to pay the extra $25/mo for their valet trash pickup service, even if you live near the trash chute. No way to opt out of it.
Finally; there is NO NUMBER to reach the management office direct. Management a revolving door of people and companies. I’d highly recommended looking elsewhere if you like the West 7th area. Don’t live at The Lofts of West 7th until drastic changes happen. Take these 5-star reviews with a grain of salt.

They Sent The Application Fee to Collections When We Backed out!

Beware of this apartment complex! They charge excessive application fees and other fees that start to add up through the process. It seemed to be a scam they use to line the pockets of the office staff? They likely had no intention of approving the application but were very happy to take the application fees. They told us we had to the end of the day to bring a cashiers check or they would withdraw the application. When we backed out and didnt pay the fee they ran the credit check and background ...
check anyway. They denied us and now they are trying to collect the application fee through a collection agency!! Please be careful dealing with this company!
