I have lived in other apartments in the area and would continue to choose The Lofts. It has a great location, the building and units are new, and the management company keeps it very well maintained.

In short, since the new management took over, they've rarely visited, which leads to issues with trash collecting in the dumpster area. Both elevators don't work now and the elevator in Building B has been "in repair" since the Big Freeze at least. Hopefully, they are able to address them both quickly.
