Consistently satisfied Shannon is great to work with and has been helpful and responsive from the start. She (in my opinion) deserves recognition for the good work she does. Larry (maintenence) is delightful and i always feel like i am in good hands when we have a maintenence issue. Well-earned 5 stars.

AC still not working. I have it set to 72 since I came home 2 hours ago. The thermostat says it’s 75. There’s no cold air coming out and it’s been running continuously.

It's been an exercise in futility of late due to issues with laundry facilities in my building. I understand it's the company whose equipment is used, nonetheless, it's been an ongoing issue. I am not renewing my lease because I'm moving across the country.
