About The Lofts of Webster

Originally constructed as a cold storage facility, it was then leased out to Xerox for 30 years. In 2002, it was acquired by 206 North Avenue LLC, and by 2006, the property was partially converted into self storage units. Today, the remaining space has been converted into 20 luxury lofts.
