This is the worst place to ever consider living. Nothing they advertise is true. There is no video cctv. There is no workout room. The Landlord does not fix heat, water, and basic neccessities. My car is vandalized regularly in their advertized off street secure parkimg that I pay extra for. Actually, the Landlord doesnt even allow you to contact them. They only provide a maintenance number for a guy that lives here that is fed up himself. I've been without heat for days. Every summer ...

the air doesn't work to keep up over 88 degrees. When it snows, i hope you have your own shovel because you will need it. The front security doors are always wide open. Garbage builds up in the trash rooms until the entire facility smells...

we live in a building that used to be a old silk mill. Due to my health I was lucky the building has a elevator in it, its older and has broken down but without it don't know what I do. Our apartment is one of the two that are the biggest in the building with higher ceilings. We have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, washer and dryer and it also came with a microwave above the stove. We have a big livingroom and nice kitchen. Our apt. is on the second floor at the end of the end of the hall which is ...
