I have lived here since the property was known as “The Broadstone on Osborn”. When we first moved in I loved the place, the staff was friendly and organized, and we never really experienced any issues. When the property changed ownership and was renamed “The Logan at Osborn“ things went down hill very quickly. The change in management was an absolute mess, the new staff were rude and aggressive, and now we deal with issues multiples times a month. We have dealt with them loosing important ...
documents related to our lease, including medical documents, multiple times. Which then is our responsibility to handle, or they threaten to terminate our lease, all without trying to contact us directly first to resolve the issue, we just come home to a notice to terminate our lease stuck in our door, despite the fact that we have dealt with so many of the issues in the past which were never caused by anything on our part. These people do not care about their tenants. They care about squeezing every last dime out of us that they can, and they don’t care how they do it or how much stress it causes. And judging by the reviews in the last few weeks, I’m not the only one who feels this way.

Exceptional living experience with impressive amenities! The complex staff are very professional yet personable. One of the best aspects of living at Broadstone is that there is plenty of personal space in common areas (doesnt feel crowded) yet intimate enough to be able to meet people if desired. It is very apparent the Broadstone team strives at providing the highest quality living experience at an affordable price.

Overall very nice place to live. The design space in the living area along with common areas in the complex is very nice. Gotten a lot of compliments from family and friends who have visited. Little pricey for a student working full time and have omg to pay for college full time however it is very nice.

Best studio apartments I have ever seen. The layout is so well planned that it almost resembles a one bedroom apartment. Pet friendly. Parking garage is a big benefit. Beautiful resort style pool and patio area. The best gym I have ever seen in an apartment complex. Entire place is super clean and friendly neighbors and management!

This complex is by far my favorite complex I have ever lived at! It really feels like luxury living. All the amenities were so well thought out. The pool area is an awesome place to host friends with beautiful cabanas and TV's everywhere. The units are gorgeous! Great appliances, large showers, walk in closets, etc... It doesn't get any better!
