I have enjoyed living at the Lola for 2.5 years. The apartment is clean and newly remodeled and the location is great, I can walk downtown and to a lot of spots on South Congress. I plan on staying here for the foreseeable future.

I love living at the Lola! The location is incredible and I’m only a quick walk to Equinox, Kollective, and SoHo House plus all the retail shops, bars, and restaurants on South Congress. Samantha, Dru, and Lexi are super sweet in the front office. Our maintenance team is friendly and my personal experience with them has been positive. It’s super dog friendly and our dog park is huge and has turf so it doesn’t get muddy. My unit also has a wood burning fireplace which I love using in the winter. ...

The front team is nice but sometimes they have no idea how to handle situations. The apartment complex continues to add fees after signing leases. They also recently changed our parking situation so guess have to park for a fee. Lots of people have recently been moving out, but they still won’t lower the price. Some buildings have half occupancy.
