Maintenance and staff nightmare
September 24, 2025After living here for only 8 months, I can confidently say that living here has resulted in some of the worst management experiences I’ve ever had. Even upon move in we had a rocky start with Dru telling me our apartment would look one way, only to have it not be the correct layout so we negotiated free parking for the duration of our lease. 8 months later and we were just now able to get a hold of someone who could reimburse us for all the months that we’ve paid because Dru said there actually ...wasn’t anything they could do after already agreeing to the free parking. Secondly, and what prompts me to write this, is that last week we got a leak in our ceiling shortly after they began renovating the unit above us. Long story short, it’s now an entire week later and they have had loud fans and dehumidifiers running constantly in our apartment to try and dry up the ceiling that they cut a giant hole in, left dry wall on the floor, and have not updated us or offered any sort of help without us having to beg for it. I even cried to the front desk woman last Friday because they told us not to turn on our AC because they didn’t know where the leak was coming from, it was 85 degrees in our apartment, nobody was helping or updating us, and she literally told me her boss was on PTO until Monday so she couldn’t do anything for me. Well, it’s Tuesday and still nothing. They genuinely don’t care about their tenants at all and it’s so obvious it’s embarrassing and ridiculous. Even if the office staff can’t help us, the blatant lack of humanity and empathy from the staff that we’ve talked to has been appalling. I chose this apartment because it was pretty and a great location, but unfortunately should’ve trusted all the horrible reviews about Greystar properties.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

May 15, 2025Cheap apartments smacked together with many coats of paint, no thought put into the layout or functionality of appliances or ease of use. The windows were disgusting, and duct taped together. The walls had many, many thick coats of paint on them, and the doors had so much paint that it chipped off over time in chunks as the doors were used. A fine example of the absolute cheapest, bottom barrel way to smack a unit together and turn it for release. The staff has shown exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care in every interaction. From my initial inquiry to the final steps of securing my apartment, communication has been clear, prompt, and incredibly helpful. April 24, 2025This is an awesome place to live. It's located on South Congress, next to everything and even so the community is quiet, green, and beautifully kept. It's like a nature preserve tucked into the bustling South Austin area. The renovated apartments are beautiful and have spacious outdoor space. The amenities are also fantastics -- the pickleball court and hot tub are differentiators in the luxury rental space in Austin, but the pool, gym, co-working space, and outdoor areas are also great features. ...10/10, would recommend to a friend.Property Manager Responded
