Clean, no bugs, quiet
June 26, 2022Maintenance comes pretty quickly. We needed the water heater adjusted and they fixed it. No bugs since I've been here, neighborhood is pretty quiet. Ladies in the office are very friendly. Pool is well maintained. Only downside is there's dog poop everywhere, no one picks it up. If it wasn't for this it would have a 5 star rating. On the plus side they have no breed restrictions so it was easy to get my pit accepted.Property Manager Responded

BE WARNED
June 22, 2018Worst apartment complex! Not military friendly and a complaint had been filed with housing and black listed for military service members ! Charging us a whole months rent after the end of the lease not even to include the cleaning fees I’m sure they’ll charge! Absolute crooks that pray on service members, if I could give zero stars I would. Be warned.Review from Apartments.com
Office and Staffing of this place is a joke
March 19, 2018I have been here since July 2017 and this place was really nice to live at up until December 2017. Since then everything has gone downhill. Since December the office staff has messed up on rent and letting people know what the prices will be if they decided to renew the lease. I will not renew my lease here, it is so sad to see this once awesome complex get ruined by incompetent office staff and managers that come and go. If you want to get screwed over, then please be my guest.Review from Apartments.com
