It’s really big and the appliances are nice and updated!! I did had to do some spot cleaning in the bathroom, which wasn’t a big deal… The building has been Pretty quiet so far. Carmen in the leasing office helped me out, She was so nice and helpful! She’s the best!

Maintenance does not respond to your work orders in a timely matter at all and it’s clear they do not care about their job. There needs to be updates to the apartments yet they’re charging more rent. The floor creeky and feels as though there’s lumps underneath you; there’s always a disgusting smell in the hallways that get into your apartment among other things.Property Manager Responded

Spider Infestation
July 20, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comLiterally woke up with over 50 big and small spider bites all over my body. I let management know, I was told someone comes and sprays every Wednesday. How am I continuously getting bit then? I contacted corporate, no response. Week 4, someone FINALLY came after I had to beg. Guy did an extremely, poor and mediocre spray job, like he had an attitude. Now I have to throw my whole mattress away. Maintenance is absolute trash, 0 value to residents.Property Manager Responded
