Apartment is nice, but terrible management.
November 6, 2024The place itself is nice and clean. However, if you have anything that is broken or needs maintenance, be prepared to chase management down or else you'll have to wait for weeks for a response. Our dishwasher was broken and we waited for a LONG time for a response. Equipment in the gym has been broken for MONTHS even though many of us have submitted requests. Management will either ignore it or claim that they never received the request.Property Manager Responded

November 14, 2023Don't do it. They say 1 price but that's not including the separate fees on top of it. They nickel and dime you here. Oh and not to mention dog poop everywhere, trash everywhere, gates always broken, constant bug problems because they only do pest control once a month and over water grass and plants and as the pest tech even told me is never a good idea to do all of that and only come once a month they needed 2-3 times a month to keep bug activity down. Parking here sucks you have a lot of cars ...that are broken down, from other states or just flat out take up parking and never move they do nothing about it. Oh and don't open a work order up they sneak a maintenance fee on your conservice bill when you call them out so you'd better hope you're handy to fix it yourself. I could go on and on. Avoid here don't do it I was a tenant for 2 years and they got bought out so many times since and it just kept getting worse the more staff would change.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

March 31, 2023These apartments were bought by another company and it all went downhill from there. I was lied to about the terms of termination by one of the employees and am now being forced to comply with a contract agreement even though I was told something different from what was stated in said contract.
