HONEST REVIEW
February 1, 2024For a luxury apartment there were many issues I’ve dealt with. From the gate being broken majority of my lease, very thin walls.. I can hear my neighbor snoring! No exaggerating. When I first moved in I had issues with my kitchen faucet and 2 drawers, which maintenance did fix. BTW if you have a unit facing the highway, you can hear all the cars pass by. The amenities are nice, as far as the pool, gym & clubhouse. Now the mail/package room? A mess!!! Packages are always lost or damaged. Towards ...the end of my lease, both apt buildings had bursted pipes, which caused huge damage in the ceiling near the gym. But overall I personally feel like it wasn’t worth the price to be dealing with all of the inconveniences, mainly coming from a luxury flat apartment.Property Manager Responded
