Air Bnb in the building
February 23, 2024More than one floor now has Air BNBs and it has completely changed my time here in The Louisa. Lots of traffic all night, parties, loud music, constant pot smoke and loose dogs. And sure, one can complain, and they can “send a warning” - but there’s new people the next weekend. I do not recommend it here and I used to. I like my apartment a lot but not what’s become of my floor.Property Manager Responded

March 16, 2022I am so happy to be at the Louisa. It is one of the best places I have ever lived. I moved to the Louisa 2 months ago and could not be happier. The staff makes it - Allison, Billy, Elizabeth and Suzette are amazing. They are always friendly, helpful and cheery. The women and men that maintain the building are the same way. Friendly, helpful and responsive. For me, the team of people who work at the Louisa make it such a special place to live. The Louisa itself is located in the prime ...location in the Pearl. The lobby is beautifully designed and the music makes me immediately feel I am in a special place. Again, so different than other rental properties in the Pearl.
