September 17, 2024Do yourself a favor--- stay away from this place-- the new property management has no courtesy , no professionalism.it is esthetically nice in the pictures but don't be deceived by its outwardly appearance-- it is nothing special. January 8, 2024The Louise is a great place to live and start your new life. The community is very nice, the area is in the center of the metroplex. The Louise is a high class new apartment to live. The design and amenities are outstanding. You get free water and WiFi. You get all new appliances, walk in closets, a lot of built in cabinets and a desk. The amenities are so awesome! They even have a golf simulator, two gyms, a huge pool, a lot of parking, a dog wash, and dog park area. The community has nice ...walking sidewalks with dog stations throughout the community. June 9, 2023I moved into an unfinished unit. Made the office staff aware multiple times and they made promises and guarantees that were never done. Lied to me during the moving process about the garage being done before we move in and we don’t have to worry about a everything. These issues are still not fixed! I made them aware two weeks before I moved in when we went to put the trash can in the house once the city delivered it. Also the day I moved in, and two times after that which was Monday and Tuesday( ...4days later) and promised it would be done first thing Monday morning. Than promised again for Tuesday morning which again it still wasn’t taking care of. the manager was supposed to call me directly which again was another promise that never happen. You can have the decency to have a simple phone conversation with a resident that is moving in to unit with issues so you can resolve it. Wednesday came and still haven’t reached out yet. It is now Thursday which is one week since I’ve been here and still no resolves. Julie is the only one who emailed me (yesterday) to apologize about the situation especially because this has been an on going think that should’ve happened in the first place. I’ve had to deal with this while our family is having a baby. I’m tired of going back and forth as your stuff members are well aware of my situation by now. I’m going to escalate it because it’s clear to me your residents are not valued here as you advertise. Worst experience for such a great place.Property Manager Responded
