Do not move here. We had problems the moment we moved in. The reason we moved out was because of mice in our apartment and the way it was handled. They sent an extermintor out once who never returned to empty the traps. They claimed he came out one other time but we never saw him and they never got a right to enter if he did. Even after i emailed them twice telling them he never returned. We stayed in a hotel and they told us we could claim it on renters insurance which was a lie. Asked for a ...
break on tent or utilties but got nothing. I would send several emails and call and get no response. Until I said I was ending my lease and they though I was renewing. I got an immediate response then but that was the only time.
That is only one of the many issues. Homeless people camp out around the dumpsters. I watched security drive right by someone digging in the dumpster with a head lamp and piles of stuff he took piled on his car and they didnt stop.
Someone was shot right in front of our building. Its super noisy. Dog poop everywhere. Often no poop bags
They sent an emailing saying there was a discrepancy with billing on the utilities but it was never fixed and they continue to over charge and offer to explanation
Packages stolen. Very unsafe neighborhood.
