Exceptionall living amongst a bird sanctuary.
October 30, 2020Quiet, safe and clean. The maintenance crew keeps everything in order and are always pleasant along with the office crew who are like family. Well kept pool, shopping across the street and the beach is 2 miles away. Also the town of Stuart with its quaint shops and eateries are all with in that 2 mile radius! I left this review in 2016 and we are now on the Eve of 2021 and I am NEVER leaving!Review from Apartments.com

March 28, 2019We love living here. It’s the most convenient location to all of Stuart and surrounding areas. I have had very little maintenance issues, and when I did it was handled almost immediately. The office staff has been courteous to me since the beginning. I love that there are bunnies, ducks, and squirrels through out the neighborhood. It shows that this a peaceful environment. Last but not least, this is most affordable place that I have ever lived, though the living space does not feel like it at ...all. We are very comfortable. January 18, 2018The management here continues to post listings when they do not have anything available. I call everytime I see a listing and I am told the same thing every time, they have nothing available. They are also rude about it. Maybe don't post a listing that isn't available if you don't want people to call and ask about it.Review from Apartments.com
Nice place to live
August 6, 2015I have lived in my apartment for 3 years. I have rented many places over the years and have to say the office staff is the nicest I have ever dealt with. The maintenance dept is always quick to respond to any request and they keep the grounds well maintained and no bug or ant problems.Review from Apartments.com
