May 15, 2025The apartments itself is nice, and the individual units are well-maintained with good design and features. However, the management is frustratingly incompetent. They advertise a "24/7" gym, yet shut it down every single day from 10 to 11 AM for cleaning — a peak workout time, especially on weekends. Why can't the cleaning be done while the gym is open? Or better yet, scheduled during low-usage hours? It’s a baffling and avoidable inconvenience that shows a lack of basic consideration for the ...residents.Property Manager Responded
May 20, 2025Thank you for taking the time to share your lovely comments about our community! We do apologize for the inconvenience regarding the gym closures for cleaning. Due to us working with a unionized porter staff, we must restrict our cleaning schedules to the union's contracted working hours and keep said schedule consistent regardless of the days of the week. Since we opened, our staff has reviewed the peak use times of the gym and found that 10am-11am is the most frequent hour of low usage during weekdays, as this is generally when the bulk of our residents have already begun their work day. While we understand this may be a peak usage hour on weekends, we must utilize a consistent cleaning schedule to meet our union contract requirements.
