October 25, 2025Ludlow is a great building. Management is very kind and always looking for ways to improve the building and enhance the resident experience. August 14, 2025Location is easily one of the best features, right in the heart of Center City, walkable to tons of restaurants, shops, and public transit. The amenities are also a nice touch: the fitness center is decent (though it can get crowded). The price feels a little steep for what you get. You’re definitely paying a premium for location, not necessarily luxury. Noise can be an issue, especially from the street (I live on the 11th floor).Property Manager Responded

Our apartment homes' commercial grade windows are insulated to prevent heat and cold leakage from your home; this helps your home stabilize at your selected temperature and keeps your HVAC energy costs low, but does not insulate for sound/noise in any way.
