January 28, 2026I haven’t moved in yet. I am moving from Houston to Philly and soon to be a new resident at The Ludlow. I can only say that my application experience and the level of customer care was beyond what I had expected and it’s because of Imani one of the senior leasing professionals at The Ludlow. Imani is so warm and welcoming and immediately made me feel at ease. She has been nothing but professional and helpful. In a day and time when customer care all but exists, Imani provided exemplary service ...from beginning to end. January 21, 2026I lived here for 3 years now and it was the best experience. I kept renewing my lease and I am very sad to leave now. The staff is great and will help with literally anything. The front desk staff are so nice and pleasant. I love the amenities and use the gym daily. Will miss this place!Property Manager Responded
