      Beware this complex keeps security deposits even though I had not moved in on my scheduled date.God had blessed me with something better. Management had no issue taking my security deposit. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. Thanks

      This place is NASTY !!!! When we first moved in their was a hole in the wall in one our closet that was allowing baby birds to come into our house then on top of that our apartment had roaches BAD!!! We went to the office and complained they did NOTHING !! We had to get rid of the roaches our own way on top of that they have MICE badly over here There’s rust all in their bath tubs this place is nowhere to live save your money and keep your options open their management office sucks nobody ...
      even works in there they had 2 women quit and now there’s only one person working in the office and she’s never there during the hours they’re suppose to be open, again I say dirtiest place to live .

      I do not live here, but I did schedule a tour since the office closes at 5p, and I get off work at 4:30p. I then called the day of to verify my appoint around 4:20p, nobody answered so I left a voicemail. I then drove to the establishment thinking they were busy. I parked around 4:40p and noticed a resident hanging outside son e apparently they had already closed even though they close at 5p. She tried calling the office, no one answered. I waited until 5p to see if anyone from management would ...
      walk up, and they didn't. Instead, I saw at least 5 other current residents pull up and seem extremely frustrated that the office was already closed. It was extremely unprofessional. I never received a call back, and here it is 2 days later. I do not recommend this place since I saw how they treat current and future residents.

        I am very sorry that we missed you. I am pretty sure that you set up your appointment with me. I unfortunately had a death in my family and had to go out of town for the funeral. My manager leaves at 4 every day as that is her schedule. In all the craziness of making arrangements for getting back home for my grandfathers funeral I completely forgot to leave her word that you would be coming that day. My sincerest appologies to you. I hope that you were able to find some place to call home and that you can forgive the mistake I made in not communicating. I did not have a number to call you so if you would like to call me at the office at 502-969-2195 I would appreciate it.
