This property is not safe
July 25, 2024The gate is left open throughout the entire day until security comes and locks it on one side at 8pm and keeps the other side open. This community does not have a fenced perimeter nor are the gates ever closed. Anyone can come in and use the amenities, which they do because there are random people always trying to come into the gym. They play loud music at the pool. They need a new gate system so people who have registered cars can come and set up a fence around the entire community. I also ...almost got robbed because a guy that came in, he came from basically anywhere into the community. I was able to scare the guy off. Not a happy resident at the moment.Property Manager Responded

This place Only deserves 1 star!
November 8, 2023I visited my family who lives here from another state and I am NOT impressed by this place! They pay SO Much and things don't get fixed in a timely matter and it is an Unsafe area because of the people! I could say Much more. Very Unhappy.Property Manager Responded

Great staff.
February 3, 2023I've had a very good experience with Nikki, the Assistant Manager. She helped so much me when I needed it and was very human and kind to me. She understood my situation and really made an effort to help me in the best way possible. I can see she's really trying to make a difference. As far as the complex itself, they still need a lot of work to get everything running the way it should be.Review from Apartments.com
My apartment is beautiful
September 1, 2022I saw some other reviews that do not describe my experience. I have not had one single roach or bug in my apartment. Love the apartment, pool and all the other stuff they have here. Staff is friendly. Lots of work going into the property too. Many new improvements and the people that live here and work here all are nice. I enjoy coming home and recommend this place. New manager's and workers are fantastic
September 1, 2022Since moving in, I have seen many new upgrades happening. The flooring in the building is being replaced and it looks great. The property is getting cleaned, fresh exterior paint. Oh, and the pools look great. Good to see that the new people are doing what is needed. When I went in to meet them and thank them, they were all very nice. They offered me coffee ? They told me about more upgrades and improvements. I love the direction they are taking the property. Friendly and responsive ...staff. All office and the outside workers seem to be always smiling.
