Luna Cafe is moving into the middle which I love. The gym is a great place to meet people here, cant wait for the pool to be open again so I can tan. 10/10

November 11, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve lived here for just about 2 years and have had the best experience! The management team is very attentive, communicates well, and always helpful. The building has great amenities including a gym with reformers pilates machines, a golf sim, great rooftop, dog park, pool and several spaces that can be rented. The maintenance team is truly fantastic, quick to fix anything that comes up and always goes above and beyond. The building is quite new and very clean.

October 25, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comLiving in this building has been a frustrating experience. The walls are so thin and you can hear your neighbors through the walls and floors. I don’t mind hearing other people but if you have bad neighbors like I do the noise levels are unbearable, with neighbors frequently dropping heavy objects on the floor, banging on walls, and seemingly trying to wake me up out of my sleep on purpose due to me talking on the phone while working from home. This happens at all hours, making it nearly ...impossible to get a good night’s rest. On top of the noise, the amenities are not properly maintained. The grills in the common areas are constantly broken, so they’re rarely usable. There’s also a major issue with the door locks — the batteries on the keyless locks often die, and you can easily find yourself locked out of your apartment until management gets around to fixing it. To make matters worse, the entire building is cleaned by only one person, which is clearly not enough. The common areas are often not up to standard because it’s simply too much work for one person to handle. Overall, the combination of noise, poorly maintained amenities, and management’s lack of solutions to these issues has made this a very difficult place to live. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.Read More

The gym has peloton equipment and lots of state of the art machines. I cant wait to move in. Shout out to Katelyn and Katherine for the awesome tour!

February 24, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comCurrently a resident, do not believe anything they tell you. Parking garage has been an issue for over a year so they make you park on the street. When you park on the street your car is 90% likely to have its wheels taken off. This building is new but they won’t inform you of the constant construction occurring through the day. The onsite staff have always been helpful but clearly the company does not care about its residents or their staff. Maintenance staff is short, 1 maintenance person and ...only 2 office staff to handle situation's for the whole building let alone a building still under construction. I thought electric door locks was a cool thing but boy was I wrong. They need batteries changed every other week or you’ll be locked out of your apartment.Read More
