June 16, 2024This apartment community goes above and beyond for their residents. The communication from office staff is superb from any other complex I have lived. Air conditioning goes out every couple months
March 8, 2024Our air conditioning has been going in and out for all three years that we have lived here. Maintenance has been to our apartment more than I’ve ever experienced because of the various issues that are never truly fixed. It’s exhausting dealing with the office and maintenance people so often for something so necessary for your comfort. We will be moving; it’s not worth the cheaper rent.Review from Apartments.com
So Unprofessional! I Have Never Been So Unhappy!!
September 4, 2022When I first moved in the place was nice and took care of all my issues without a problem. Ever since “new management” took over, professionalism and common courtesy went out the window. The walls are thinner than a piece of paper, but I expected that which is why I chose the top floor in order to not deal with any noise above me. Boy was I wrong ! The NEXT DOOR neighbors are so loud that they vibrate my entire apartment, and management does absolutely nothing about it. Let’s not forget that ...there is a courtesy officer on the property who never answers the phone or available to do anything either. Literally the only solution I have is to move out and find something better. I have lived in different apartment complexes ever since I moved to Charlotte 10 years ago and this complex is by far the absolute worse I have ever lived in !! I regret ever signing a lease with them so please BEWARE !!!Property Manager Responded

As a Top 10 property in the Charlotte MSA for resident satisfaction (2022 ORA Power Rankings), we place a high value on the level of service we provide our valued residents. While noise issues in apartments can be tricky to resolve, we recognize the importance of a quiet and comfortable environment for our residents to call home. As such in this instance, we have taken the necessary steps to contact all parties in this noise complaint, have issued a lease violation warning to the party in question and have worked with our courtesy officer and local law enforcement to try and get this resolved. Unfortunately, we've not been able to fully resolve this as of today, but have reached out again to all parties to set up a meeting to discuss how we can best resolve moving forward. If you've not received any contact from our Management office, please ...contact us as soon as possible. Just What We Were Looking For!
December 4, 2021My Wife and I are relocating to North Carolina. After searching many different properties, we felt like this particular community checked all of our boxes. Several floor plans to choose from, great amenities and pricing was reasonable considering we needed to do a short term lease. Javourya (Jo Jo)was very informative and really helped streamline the application process the application and was great with follow-up communication. June 23, 2021I am a former homeowner and a senior citizen. My location is perfect for me. Nice large patio and corner unit on first floor. Everyone has been kind and responsive even when I had minor issues. Most people are good with their dogs and my grands have enjoyed watching them In the dog park. If you ever find yourself in a tough spot and need a repair, they make an effort to have the problem fixed by the end of the day, they're trustworthy, kind, and above all else they provide a great community!
