Good Place for Students
February 17, 2026The lyfe is a reliable and affordable apartment which is great for students. The amenities are great, with a shuttle to campus as well as a gym with full equipment. Management was also always handing out free fast food during the week which was great. Only complaint is that management can be slow but they eventually resolve issues. Also note that the walls can be thin which can require patience when neighbors are being loud. Also some appliances/furniture were a bit outdated but worked completely ...fine. February 4, 2026Fantastic location, literally a 2 minute drive from Walmart/Hyvee/Aldi and basically any food place you can think of. So close to campus and they have a free shuttle. Apartments are amazing with your own bedroom, bathroom, and walk in closet. Pool and gym are awesome and clean, and management is kind and quickly responsive. February 4, 2026I have lived here for the last year and I already resigned again for the next. Maintenance responds very quickly if there is a problem. Front office communicates very well if there is problem. I also have the covered parking and it is worth it! Having the peace of mind that my vehicle is protected is very nice.
