Management is poor. They never communicate about service request on time. Management makes false commitment about completion date of an issue

The maintenance service is very poor. They do not respond to maintenance requests or answer phone calls. Every time, we have to visit the leasing office in person because the staff do not respond properly.
Even after reminding them 2–4 times every week, it takes about a month for them to fix just one issue. They do not resolve all the reported problems at the same time, which causes unnecessary delays and inconvenience.
