    My drain pipe get blocked and I submitted this maintenance, their service is excellent since they come to the dorm so fast and the staff is kind, they definitely fix my issue in a short time, they are definitely 5 stars services

    Great layout for the 2b2b, which is much more worth it compared to other apartment buildings. I also have a mountain view thanks to the floor to ceiling windows, which is awesome!

    The M is a great place for students to stay. It has a lot of different room types with fully furnished rooms and amenities. The gym at the rooftop is small but nice and has great views.

    I’ve lived at the M for over two years now and couldn’t be happier. The apartment is so clean, the staff are amazing, and you can just feel the difference between here and a standard apartment down the road. I love how they always keep everything clean and well stocked. They always respond to any questions or concerns I’ve had, and I appreciate them helping me understand how promos and deals are with apartments since I originally signed for a higher rent than my roommate’s, and was a bit ...
    frustrated with it to be honest. But after talking to the office, they helped me as best they could given the circumstances since I signed my lease at a different time than my friends (always sign together!). One thing I’ve learned from this is that deals and promos for apartments change constantly , and you never know what will happen and have to be on your toes about such things because things change by the hour with renting in a very fast paced community.I love the fact that the M is next to Safeway and is one of the best run apartments I’ve ever lived in. I would fully recommend it!

    If I could I would give the M 0 stars. Put on a great cover for the amount of issues I had. Still haven’t received my full security deposit. Greystar is also terrible, sent me to at least 15 different numbers of people who all said they couldn’t help me or that my problem didn’t lie in their department.
