October 24, 2022I applied here 2 months before I needed to move. I paid 2 application fees for $35.00 & $150.00. Trey at the office said I was approved & just needed to pay the add'l $350.00. I paid for it but never heard back from Trey until the day before I was supposed to move in to say I was approved. I could not wait that long as I needed to live somewhere. I asked Trey to refund the $350 at least & all he said was it was non-refundable....Property Manager Responded

Parking Frenzy
April 10, 2021We haven't been here long so im not sure if this is the norm! But you have people who don't live in the community that get better parking than the residents. The gates are open 24/7 and its a free for all especially at night and on the weekends. I've never in my life lived in a community without some sort of designated parking for residents and visitors. At THE MID depending on how many of your neighbors invite friends over you may never find a parking space. 1st impression hasn't been great to ...this point.Property Manager Responded

March 31, 2021Most apartments only allow smaller breeds of dogs on the property that don't present much of a threat to others. Here there's a guy in our building with 2 extremely large scary pitbulls which we had no clue about prior to moving in. 2ndly i see other neighbors walking pitbulls and other large dogs like Rottweilers that aren't allowed in the majority of Luxury apartment communities. Its nice as long as you stay inside your apartment. The neighbors are loud and not very friendly.Property Manager Responded
