The Maddox
September 20, 2022I have lived at The Maddox for almost a year and I have really loved it. Kerrie and Amanda, before that Esther, are very friendly and always willing to answer any questions I have. The maintenance staff are some of the best. They are always quick to help when I have a problem come up. They also love my dogs and give them treats when they see us out. Lies
December 4, 2021What you read are lies. The “pet spa” is a small smelly room that stays dirty and full of dog hair and fleas in the sink, on the counter and floor. The pool was never cleaned during the summer. They only put chemicals in it once a week. It always had dirt and globs of hair in it and once was positive for alcohol and dog urine. It only has ONE grill and people wait in line to use it. When you’re done you have to move because others are waiting so you can’t even sit in the summer and eat. On the ...weekends the center is closed so you can’t go in there and eat or use the fridge or sink either so you go home! The dog park has no seats and nothing for the dogs to do. I put out a chair for me to sit in. Another resident put out mulch because there were holes in there that we were tripping in. There is ALWAYS dog poop everywhere in and out of the dog park. It’s gross! It is NOT A GATED COMMUNITY. Well it is BUT it has NOT worked since it has been put in. We have card keys but they are still trying to fix it (2 yrs later) There is new management again (3rd since we’ve been here) you’re not allowed to hang up the American Flag Red White and Blue. There is no living room light in any of the apartments. Only one in the kitchen and dining room. No ceiling fan or light in the living room!Property Manager Responded

Feels like home
December 17, 2020Living at Centerpointe West makes me feel proud! The staff is excellent and the units are pristine and modern. I am in no hurry to own a home due to the comfortability of the property. They have valet trash pickup daily, a pool, grills, and cable in the clubhouse! Cheaply Made with High Turnover
August 4, 2020I moved into a never been lived in apartment and it was very apparent everything had been built in a hurry. Quality was not as pictured (the counters had cracks showing the cheap quality in material before I even moved in), and items like the towel rack fell down during the first attempted use. March 10, 2020Management can’t keep promises. They refused to keep Their word. Apartment was filthy at move in and management didn’t do anything to fix it.
